Beautiful Ewer

In the tranquillity of the night
A little girl sits impersonating the night

As if reborn she elates the stillness
Mind is nought
But a beautiful ewer

She asks the wind
Why do I ache at times?

The wind answers
Ache is partly my fault
You see I feel the need to gale
Some places are adverse in the vault
Some places are filled with vitality
I am chosen to balance

She asks the sleeping insects
Are you asleep?

The insects’ answer in unison
Are you serious with your quiz?
At this time of the night?

She smiles and turns inside

The dancing curtains
The dim light
Night after night

Watching the little girl
Struggle

Watching the little girl
Progress

For a while of silence
And then…

She asks the clouds
Does it hurt when the season turns to rain?
When all those lightning is conceived by you?

The clouds smile and asks her back
Does it hurt when the season turns to rain?
When all those lightning is conceived by you?

She smiles and turns inside

Dancing little girl
Light within her
Sometimes dim
Sometimes bright

A while of silence
Turns to silence forever…
